Since the story is based in Kolkata, an extensive research has been done on various locations to create beautiful cityscapes that can emerge emotions to the player.
WHERE ROADS END is a non-linear narrative visual novel in an interactive exploration game where story revolves around the main character Anubrata a young designer who is struggling to balance his life between responsibilities and passion. Player can explore the world from the eyes of the protagonist and explore the poetic journey through a slow paces gameplay.
The game is designed with multiple micro interactions and various dialogues and a series of decisions.
This game is developed in Unity Engine. The development focused on micro interactions and non-linear dialogue system that can lead to different outcomes.
